introduit un nouvel article 24-9 dans la loi du 10 juillet 1965, qui est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le <strong>18 f\u00e9vrier 2016<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Lorsque l&rsquo;immeuble est pourvu d&rsquo;un chauffage commun (\u2026) le syndic inscrit \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale la <strong>question des travaux<\/strong> permettant de munir l&rsquo;installation de chauffage d&rsquo;un tel dispositif d&rsquo;individualisation, ainsi que la pr\u00e9sentation des devis \u00e9labor\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les syndics doivent donc pr\u00e9voir de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour une \u00e9tude de travaux et non les travaux eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ecocopro.com\/la-domotique-dans-les-coproprietes\/domo\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11058\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-11058 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ecocopro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/domo-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"domo\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il faut en effet \u00e9tudier:<\/p>\n<p>l\u2019installation de robinets thermostatiques,<\/p>\n<p>l\u2019\u00e9quilibrage des vannes en pied de colonne,<\/p>\n<p>le d\u00e9sembouage du r\u00e9seau de chauffage.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude doit logiquement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour raisons d\u2019efficacit\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p><strong>AVANT LA POSE DE REPARTITEURS, SOIT DES DISPOSITIFS D\u2019INDIVIDUALISATION DES CHARGES DE CHAUFFAGE !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ecocopro.com\/10994\/rge-b\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10995\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-10995 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/ecocopro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/rge-b-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"rge b\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On doit voter cette \u00e9tude \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 simple de l\u2019art. 24 de la Loi du 10 juillet 1965.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9cision de pose ult\u00e9rieure des r\u00e9partiteurs rel\u00e8ve de la majorit\u00e9 de l\u2019article <em>25 l<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision devra \u00eatre prise par l\u2019AG avant le 31 mars 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ecocopro.com\/la-nouvelle-loi-alur-en-ce-qui-concerne-les-coproprietes\/x\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-10840\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-thumbnail <strong>un nouveau DECRET<\/strong> du 12 avril 2016 permet aux copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;obtenir les consommations d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de l&rsquo;immeuble (plus de 1O lots) que les gestionnaires des r\u00e9seaux publics de gaz et d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 doivent mettre \u00e0 leur disposition \u00e0 partir du 1 octobre 2016.On attend un Arr\u00eat\u00e9 d&rsquo;explications.<\/p>\n<p>Un v\u00e9ritable<em><strong> tableau de bord<\/strong><\/em> qui viendra sans doute s&rsquo;ins\u00e9rer dans le futur CARNET D&rsquo;ENTRETIEN NUMERIQUE
