Elle restitue sous forme de chaleur\u00a0plus\u00a0de 100\u00a0% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 110\u00a0% de rendement sur\u00a0PCI*). Cette solution assure le chauffage et l\u2019eau chaude sanitaire pour un co\u00fbt d\u2019utilisation tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Murale ou install\u00e9e au sol, la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 condensation est disponible pour tous types de besoins et de puissances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En construction neuve, la chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 condensation facilite l\u2019atteinte des plus hauts labels de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique tel que le niveau BBC (B\u00e2timent Basse Consommation). Preuve en est, la majorit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/avecvous.grdf.fr\/articles\/bbc-pour-batiment-basse-consommation\/\" target=\"_blank\">BBC<\/a> r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ou en projet\u00a0fait aujourd\u2019hui appel \u00e0 cette solution\u00a0(2\/3 des logements individuels\u00a0: source OBSERVATOIRE BBC Novembre 2010).<\/li>\n<li>Elle convient \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien pour les projets de r\u00e9novation. La chaudi\u00e8re condensation est par ailleurs incluse dans les \u00ab\u00a0bouquets de travaux\u00a0\u00bb donnant droit \u00e0 la souscription de l\u2019\u00ab\u00a0\u00e9co-PTZ\u00a0\u00bb (\u00e9co-pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/medias.francetv.fr\/cpbibl\/url_images\/2011\/03\/03\/image_67623650.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"358\" height=\"267\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment \u00e7a marche ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le gaz naturel m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l\u2019air est br\u00fbl\u00e9 dans la chambre de combustion.<\/li>\n<li>La chaleur produite est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au circuit d\u2019eau qui part alimenter les \u00e9metteurs du b\u00e2timent : radiateurs ou plancher chauffant.<\/li>\n<li>Mise en contact (via un \u00e9changeur) avec le \u00ab retour \u00bb plus froid du circuit de chauffage, la vapeur d\u2019eau contenue dans les produits de combustion va se condenser, lui c\u00e9dant sa chaleur de condensation.<\/li>\n<li>En synth\u00e8se, on r\u00e9cup\u00e8re, d\u2019une part la chaleur sensible des produits de combustion et d\u2019autre part, la chaleur de condensation : cela explique l\u2019excellent rendement des chaudi\u00e8res condensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plus le retour\u00a0d\u2019eau de chauffage est \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature, plus la condensation des produits de combustion sera compl\u00e8te et l\u2019\u00e9nergie r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e importante. On privil\u00e9giera donc une installation avec des radiateurs \u00ab\u00a0chaleur douce\u00a0\u00bb ou des planchers chauffant basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p><em>*<\/em><strong>Rappel : <\/strong>Le rendement thermique est toujours repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la chaleur utile sortie de la chaudi\u00e8re rapport\u00e9e \u00e0 la chaleur utilisable qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 fournie.
