Recourir \u00e0 la conciliation ou \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation<\/p>\n<p>. Demander au TGI l&rsquo;annulation d&rsquo;une AG de refus de travaux mais le Juge ne pourra qu&rsquo;annuler la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;AG pour abus de majorit\u00e9 ou de minorit\u00e9,sans pouvoir rien n&rsquo;imposer aux copropri\u00e9taires&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>. Dans les cas extr\u00e8mes et s&rsquo;il y a p\u00e9ril sur la conservation de l&rsquo;immeuble, s&rsquo;il y a carence de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, saisir le Maire d&rsquo;une demande d&rsquo;expropriation!
